About the role

As part of our store‑based Trade Sales team, you’ll support tradespeople by helping them find the right products for their projects.  Don’t worry if you don’t have industry experience, we’ll provide on‑the‑job training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, helpful customer service in store, over the phone and via email
• Assisting customers with product information and solutions
• Preparing and following up sales quotes
• Processing sales and purchase orders
• Managing customer order details and ensuring a smooth experience

About you:  

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow.

You will: 

• Be a team player with a great attitude
• Have some customer service or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
• Good communication skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced trade business
• Be willing to learn new products and systems

Experience in trade or architectural hardware is a plus, but not required – training will be provided
