We’re looking for a skilled and driven Marketing Specialist to join our in-house team. Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Manager, this fast-paced, multifaceted role will see you working across multiple business divisions, giving you broad exposure to a wide range of marketing activities. You'll enjoy the autonomy to manage day-to-day marketing tasks while also contributing to bigger-picture strategy and executing campaigns.

We’ve recently strengthened our offering with the acquisition of API Access & Security, expanding our team and capabilities to become the largest commercial locksmith and security network in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Campaign Calendar - Responsible for end-to-end campaign execution and communication ensuring campaigns are delivered on time & on brand
- Coordinate integrated marketing activity across print, digital, and web channels
- Support our sales teams by creating targeted campaigns and materials that directly drive sales and create business opportunities
- Coordinate email communications and assist with campaign content development and write compelling copy for emails, ads, and other marketing materials
- Create targeted lead generation programs to drive enquiries and sales
- Support the online store with promotional content and merchandising
- Manage website updates and content using our CMS (CMS experience preferred)
- Assist with planning and delivery of events, tradeshows and sponsorships
- Provide ongoing marketing support across key divisions and business areas
About You
- 3+ years experience in a Marketing Coordinator role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- B2B marketing experience preferred
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, etc.)
- Looking to take the next step and own projects
- Self-starter with strong initiative and able to work independently
- A campaign expert who loves taking a plan from concept to rollout and seeing results
- Highly proactive and detail-oriented, you keep multiple projects on track with ease
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using a CMS to update websites and manage digital content
